Essential Job Functions 

Manage, update, and maintain the global pricing database. Facilitate the completion of Global Air and Ocean RFQ’s Manage, update, and maintain the Global Marketing database. Support all Global Sales Team members with pricing inquiries. Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members. Manage, update, and maintain the Corporate Sales and Marketing SharePoint site. Facilitate and support the corporate branding initiatives globally. Other duties as assigned.

Other Skills and Abilities 

Mastery of Microsoft Excel Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint Mastery of Microsoft Word Other software skills as needed such as Visio, Access, Outlook etc.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5- 7 years of RFQ Management required 3-5 years of Pricing Database Management required. Minimum 5 years of Global Airfreight and Ocean Freight Pricing experience required. Oil, Gas, Energy logistics proposal experience preferred. 3-5 years statistical analysis experience
