Just one stop from Heathrow Airport, Atrium Hotel Heathrow is an urban retreat offering 570 ultra chic bedrooms with delectable culinary offerings through multiple Food & Beverage outlets, sizeable event spaces and exquisite wellness like swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the fitness center. In the role of Business Development Manager , your key responsibilities include devising and executing corporate sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales, you'll contribute to the overall sales vision and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Your role involves market analysis, contract negotiation, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Effective communication and a proactive approach are crucial. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients across different businesses Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Building the hotel brand and enhancing its interactive approach with customers through social media advertising like Offers, Promotions, etc. Leverage social media business opportunities using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and / or any other social media platforms, to enhance business presence. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management Requirements: Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the hotel industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
