Are you a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher looking to inspire young learners? Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team in Sleaford.

About the Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3-5 years. Your role will involve developing and delivering engaging lessons that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons that meet the EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development.
  • Implement a variety of teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of the children.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in EYFS.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early years education.
