We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you're improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date we have built iOS, Android and Apple watch apps that help people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.

We’re growing extremely fast and in November 2023 closed a new £5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex and Creator Ventures. Our aim is to reach millions of subscribers in the next 5 years and be the go-to training platform for any runner.  Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and creative individual to join our marketing team and work alongside the Social Content Team, supporting both our Graphic Designer and Videographer to reach the next wave of Runnas. You are able to design, create and edit video content and static graphics for multiple platforms / campaigns.

As Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor your role will include:

  • Campaign Design: Assist in creating graphics for social media campaigns throughout the year.
  • Social Media Graphic Design: Design engaging graphics for our social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and our in-app community.
  • Content Creation: Film and edit videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) to boost our organic reach and engage our audience.
  • General Graphic Design: Support our Graphic Designer with design tasks, from ads and event assets to apparel and merchandise.
  • Event Content Capture: Attend events to help capture and share content during and after the event, while also pitching in with general startup tasks as needed.

✔️ What experience we’re looking forYour key skills:
  • Very confident using adobe creative suite, (photoshop/illustrator/premiere pro) or similar
  • Experience using Figma is a bonus
  • Confident creating content (e.g., Reels/TikToks) and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro/ InShot/CapCut/)
  • An understanding of mid range camera systems e.g Sony/Canon
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating ability to follow brand/campaign guidelines
  • Able to think outside the box with innovative campaigns
  • Strategic thinking with strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Passionate about self development; being connected and up-to-date with trends and movements both in and out of the industry to inspire digital look and feel of the brand
  • Enthusiasm for running and inspiring more people to be active

Your experience:
  • 1.5+ years within a graphic design / videographer role OR bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent (bonus points if you have both)

️ Interview process

Our aim is to keep the interview process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and will consist of the following stages:

  1. Kick off Apply below, attaching your asset (details listed below)
  2. Introductory chat (30 minutes video call) Charlotte
  3. Take-home task and review (30 minutes video call) Hayden + Fran
  4. Office visit (in-person chat with founder(s) and rest of the team) Ben + Charlotte 30 mins / Cara 30 mins / Izzy 15 minutes

Once the process is finished, we promise to let you know our decision as soon as possible.

We offer a salary of £30-35,000 (depending on experience), plus equity in the form of Runna stock options.
