Main duties of the job

We are currently seeking experienced Band 5 Nurses to join our valued members of the clinical care team. You will join a unique and vibrant team providing symptom management, palliative and end of life care and planned short breaks at the hospice. We offer 1:1 nursing to all babies, children and young people at the hospice. As part of the care team, you will have the opportunity to work within the multidisciplinary team made up of a variety of skilled members including Music Therapists, Complementary Therapists and our non-medical workforce team of ACPs. Rainbows Hospice is available for families all year, 24 hours a day, we therefore operate on a shift basis to provide the best possible service.
