This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a global consumer brands organisation, supporting the business through a period of transformation.

As a key member of the change and transformation team, you will partner with leadership to develop change management plans focusing on communications, capability, capacity, and culture.

  • Collaborate with the Digital and Brand teams and the Transformation, HR and Technology teams to gain support for change activities.
  • Define, monitor and adjust change plans for enhanced impact.
  • Design change activities to reinforce desired organizational culture and behaviour principles.
  • Coach leaders and managers in change management and skill development.
  • Support and educate teams through our High Performing teams’ framework.
  • Ensure critical skill knowledge is documented, accessible, and shared across functions.

You should have previous experience of driving change in a sizable organisation and be well versed in practical, impactful change methodologies. We would prefer experience in a consumer industry such as retail, wholesale, or Ecommerce. We will be looking for some great examples of managing change projects in complex organisations with a focus on cultural and behavioural change to drive desired business values and outcomes. You should feel confident coaching leaders and teams through a robust change process and great communication skills to articulate the journey of change.
