Combustion Service Manager

Company Overview:
My Client are a rapidly growing HVAC service provider,. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our Combustion Division.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services related to gas systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Team and Gas Management:
Oversee and manage the operations of the Combustion Division with a strong focus on Gas Safe and commercial gas systems – you will be in charge of a team of 5 engineers & 2 service coordinators.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
Quotations and Remedials:
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide accurate and timely quotations for remedial work on gas systems.
Analyze and assess customer requirements, providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Technical Support:
Offer technical expertise and support to engineering teams, troubleshooting complex issues and providing guidance on best practices.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and advancements in combustion systems.
Health and Safety Management:
Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures within the Combustion Division.
Conduct regular safety training sessions for the team, ensuring a strong safety culture.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to the Combustion Division.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the service industry, with a focus on combustion systems.
Strong knowledge of Gas Safe and commercial gas systems.
Excellent understanding of relevant regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams.
Leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams.
Proactive attitude, able to work independently and make sound decisions.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
£65,000.00 Basic Salary.
£5,000.00 car allowance
25 days holiday
Mon to Fri 8 till 5pm
Office based 3 / 4 times a week and 1 / 2 days out on the road.
Pension / Laptop/ mobile phone
