Aboutthe role

TheFleet Sales Executive is responsible for fleet customer prospectingsales and relationship account developmentto drive profitable salesand increase market share. This role requires close collaborationwith fleet customers from the corporate rental leasing and othersectors dealerships and other relevant partners to ensure smoothoperation of sales and supply always satisfying customer needs. Therole also oversees inventory management pricing and sales supportactivities related to fleetsales.

MainTasks andresponsibilities:

  1. Executestrategic plans for fleet sales including achieving sales targetsmarket positioning and pricing recommendations to achieve salestargets market share growth andprofitability.
  2. Collaborate with fleet salescustomers retailers and partners to establish and maintain salesand relationships ensuring the availability and delivery ofvehicles to meet customer needs and meeting customerexpectations.
  3. Gather market information that isin the public domain and analyze competitor programmes offered bycompetitors identify market trends customer behaviour and makerecommendations for improvements and make recommendations forfuture marketing strategies and promotionalactivities.
  4. Oversee inventory management offleet vehicles including order management delivery and retrievalensuring inventory levels and vehicle types align with marketdemands.
  5. Input to appropriate pricingstrategies for fleet sales based on market competition costs andprofit objectives to ensure profitability and marketcompetitiveness.
  6. Develop and implement salessupport activities such as promotional plans marketing materialsand training to support dealerships and partners in promotion andsales.
  7. Manage negotiation and signing of fleetsales contracts ensuring contract terms comply with legalregulations and company policies in collaboration with fleetcompanies and partners.
  8. Coordinate withinternal departments such as sales marketing and customer serviceto meet the needs of fleet sales programmes and support retailersales activities where required.
  9. Collect andanalyze market data monitor the performance and market feedback ofcompetitor programmes (that are in the public domain) preparereports and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of fleetsales initiatives and customersatisfaction.
  10. Track and resolve customer andpartner issues and complaints collaborate with relevant teams toaddress problems ensuring customer satisfaction and brandreputation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelorsdegree preferred but relevant industry experience will beconsidered.
  2. Proven experience in fleet salesprogramme management within the automotive industry or relatedfields with knowledge of the rental leasing and/or corporate salesindustry sectors regulations and bestpractices.
  3. Strong project management andorganizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks andmeet deadlines and possess decisionmaking and problemsolvingabilities.
  4. Excellent communication andcoordination skills with the ability to establish productiverelationships with internal and external stakeholders and strongnegotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and CRM software with the ability to conduct dataanalysis and report writing.
  6. Strong teamcollaboration and leadership potential with the capacity to work aspart of the wider team to achieve common goals and effectivelycoordinate and communicate in crossfunctionalcollaborations.
  7. Willingness to travel asrequired to conduct business meetings and negotiations with fleetcompanies andpartners.
