The Chief Commercial Officer(CCO) will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketingefforts of our client a prestigiouswinery. Tasked with formulating and executinginnovative commercial strategies the CCOs primary goal will be tosignificantly boost revenue growth and solidify the winerysposition in the market.
JobResponsibilities:
- Developand execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that aretailored to our business objectives and target market. Thisincludes identifying key growth areas market segments and customerpersonas to effectively position our products andservices.
- Lead and inspire ahighperforming sales and marketing team fostering a culture ofcollaboration innovation and excellence. Provide guidance andmentorship to help team members achieve and exceed sales targetsand marketing goals.
- Continuouslyanalyze market trends customer insights and competitor activitiesto proactively identify opportunities for growth. Utilize marketresearch data analytics and industry expertise to make informedstrategic decisions.
- Build andnurture strong relationships with key customers industry partnersand stakeholders to solidify our position as a trusted andpreferred provider of products and services. Regularly engage withthem to understand their evolving needs address concerns andexplore potentialcollaborations.
- Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including product development operations andfinance to ensure seamless product launches and effectivepromotional campaigns. Collaborate with these teams to gatherinsights provide input and align sales and marketing initiativeswith overall businessobjectives.
- Maintain a keen eye onsales performance metrics such as revenue targets and market shareand promptly take corrective actions when necessary. Regularlyevaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities makingdatadriven decisions to optimize performance maximize profitabilityand drive overall businesssuccess.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBApreferred.
- Provensuccess in a similar senior leadership role within the wineindustry.
- Extensive knowledge of thewine market distribution channels and customerpreferences.
- Strong sales andmarketing background with a track record of driving revenuegrowth.
- Excellent leadershipcommunication and negotiationskills.
- Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
