FP&A Manager – Marketing

Leeds / Hybrid

The position of FP&A Manager – Marketing within the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department, will be responsible for supporting the regional Chief Marketing Officer, wider marketing function in the annual budget and forecasting process, ROI management, and operational resilience while providing analytical insights and being a trusted adviser to the team. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager - Marketing & OPEX, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced matrix environment where keen attention to detail and the ability to establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams is crucial to success.

Key member of the EMEA FP&A teamManaging Marketing expense planning and reporting through a period of exceptional sales and category growthResponsibility for the reviewing of marketing commercial performanceSupport business planning by providing financial analysis and modellingIdentify and measure key success driversProviding finance and business support to the marketing teamSupport decision making with data and insightResponsible for providing accurate and timely finance informationCalculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysisWork with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting processContributing to ad hoc projects as required as part of the overall finance and marketing functionsCreate models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable informationDrive on-going breakthrough initiatives requiring sharp project management and leadership skillsDemonstrate thorough understanding of all areas of responsibility and ability to present to all levels of executive leadership

Some of the skills you'll bring:

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance/AccountingPrevious experience with budgeting and analysisAble to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced work environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProven analytical, organizational, and business partnership skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clientsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in ExcelConsumer products or manufacturing experience preferred
