**Job Purpose**

The following information outlines the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications for the position of FP&A Manager at Broster Buchanan.

The successful candidate will take on Manager responsibilities within the FP&A team, overseeing the consolidated management financial planning and analysis. They will be responsible for delivering timely and useful management information and analysis, while upholding robust controls.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Efficiently prepare and analyze consolidated management reports on a periodic basis, including budget preparation and analysis.
  • Analyze regional and cost centre data to identify trends and fluctuations.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of the financial performance across the Group.
  • Prepare high-quality Board and Committee packs in a timely manner.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Regional Finance Directors.
  • Provide coaching and supervision to the established team.
  • Adhere to accounting standards and the company's accounting manual.
  • Possess a professional Accountancy Qualification and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge and experience.
  • Effectively communicate and present to senior stakeholders and board members.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience within an international organization is desirable.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role.
