Learning and Development Workday Systems Partner

As a Workday Systems Partner you will be involved in the implementation of new Workday products. You will be the key link with our stakeholder functions to ensure the learning modules within Workday are implemented and managed correctly and catered to target audiences.

You will be responsible to build out a digital skill-based platform via Workday that shows internal competence in product knowledge as well as wider skills. This will tie directly into a workforce management system to ensure data accuracy and available resource.

Alongside this, you will ensure that the L&D team is fully trained for all relevant Workday elements and support our L&D Workday SMEs, including on testing the bi-annual release updates.

Key responsibilities

Driving the optimisation of the Learning functional area within WorkdayBeing the SME for the L&D function and the go to person within the team for Workday queries.Supporting the implementation of new Workday products, including Workday JourneyEmbedding skills across the platformCoordinating the bi-annual release L&D testing programme, liaising with our IT, product owners and HR/L&D SME Workday leads as requiredCreation and management of L&D business processes within workday.Collaborating closely with colleagues in Transformation, Workforce Planning and IT, ensuring that Workday is configured and changed consistently across all functions.Developing and delivering training programmes for all colleaguesMaximising the opportunities for using Workday reportsEnsuring learning interventions are configured to reach target audiences

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the minimum criteria

Minimum Criteria

Experience in using and developing Workday learningDeveloping and delivering guides and training for Workday or other HR systemsAnalysing all learning usage and interpreting data to then share back for CPO reportsExperience of project management

Desirable Criteria

We would also like you to have the following skills:

Experience within a learning and development functionDemonstrable experience communicating effectively with senior leaders
