Workday Adviser - HR
- Contract: Permanent_
- Salary: From £41,000_
- Reporting to: HR Workday partner_

London docklands
- O_ur permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office._

As a Workday Adviser working withing the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team to optimise our use of the Workday system. You will lead on ensuring that our HR processes have been simplified and documented to all our colleagues to understand and follow. You will coordinate process map workshops, consider where process impact on other business areas, in particular our finance and business analytical teams. You will also manage the change process, maintaining clear version control.

You will be involved in the implementation of new Workday products and be the key link with our People Hub team, delivering our front-line service, and our Learning & Development team to implement and embed Workday Help and Workday Journeys. This includes the configuration of the system, maintenance of articles, and reporting requirements.

With the HR Workday Partner, you will ensure that the HR team is fully trained for all Workday elements and support our HR Workday SMEs. This includes coordinating the testing for the bi-annual release and creating user guides.

Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining Workday system process map documentation
- Managing quarterly HR security and access reviews
- Supporting the implementation of new Workday products, including Workday Help and Workday Journeys
- Coordinating the bi-annual release HR testing programme, liaising with our IT, product owners and HR SME Workday leads as required
- Developing and delivering training programmes for HR colleagues
- Maximising the opportunities for using Workday reports
- Conducting regular data integrity checks, including spans of control and super organisations
- Curation of the job catalogue in Workday
- Shaping configuration options aligned to HR requirements
- To be considered for this role, you’ll need to show us that you’ve got the skills and capabilities. You’ll have to meet the following minimum criteria:_

Minimum Criteria
- Experience in using and developing the Workday system
- Developing and delivering guides and training for Workday or other HR systems
- Analysing and interpreting data and sharing it in a meaningful way with others
- Experience of project management

Desirable Criteria

We would also like you to have the following skills:

- CIPD qualification (level 5), or willingness to gain the qualification
- Demonstrable experience communicating effectively with senior leaders.
