About this role

The Executive Reward Strategy Partner will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure our compensation initiatives align with business goals, attract top-tier talent, and drive organisational success. 
This role requires a deep understanding of compensation trends, regulatory compliance, and the ability to balance competitive packages with the company's financial health.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role
  • Responsible for developing and implementing an executive reward strategy covering the top 250 employees plus Management Board at JET to ensure reward is competitive and in line with the business goals
  • Analyse market trends, benchmarking, and industry best practices to ensure our plans remain attractive and aligned with market standards.
  • Stay updated on reward regulations and best practices. Ensure all programs and practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations to our industries and geographies
  • Partner closely with other HR stakeholders thinking outside of ‘just’ reward, to build strong relationships, provide expert advice and educate colleagues
  • Drive data at the heart of our ways of working, providing insights that inform decision making and provides information to stakeholders at the point of need
  • Effectively communicate executive compensation programs to senior leadership, executives, and other stakeholders and provide guidance and education to the wider HR team

What will you bring to the table?
  • Experience in executive compensation design and administration, preferably in a complex global environment.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation trends, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and HRIS systems for Reward analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
