Thepurpose of your role will be to assure that newly introducedservices, or changed IT services, are operationally secure,supportable, fit for purpose, and transitioned seamlessly intobusiness-as-usual operations in line with IT service strategy.Day-to-day activities will include stakeholder collaboration toensure business readiness; reviewing and coordinating changerequests; ensuring all change request are ITIL and strategycompliant; release coordination that ensures the integrity of thelive environment; third party collaboration; creating andcoordinating test plans for disaster recovery; updating the servicecatalogue; and service assurancereporting.

MustHave

  • Anunderstanding of the delivery of services in an ITIL driven servicemanagementenvironment.
  • Thetarget candidate will have previous commercial experience inService Assurance, Change Control, Release Coordination, and/orService Transition.

  • Experienceof processdesign
  • Office365
  • ITILFoundation

  • Experienceacross multiple Service Delivery disciplines including, but notlimited to ITIL change control, governance, and disasterrecovery.
  • Capacity andavailabilityplanning.
  • Proficientin use of delivery and collaboration tools (DevOps, JIRA,Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams,Skype)
  • Furtherrelevant certification, such as a PRINCE2 foundation or furtherITILcertification.
