We have an exciting opportunity to join the Group Technology & Operations department as a Group Operations Trainer.
In this role you will be joining at a thrilling time with the opportunity to contribute to and shape the future of our training department in support of our Group wide strategy.
About the role
- Accountable for the design, development, and delivery of a range of innovative and engaging training programmes and initiatives meeting the needs and future ambitions of Royal London.
- Communicate and represent Group Operations Training team at a Senior Management / Programme level and facilitate efficient and effective engagement.
- Assist with the design and implementation tools and technologies to support digital deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with Group Technology & Operations teams to understand their skills gaps, to develop and implement the appropriate training to meet those needs.
- Assist in the Management, methodology, planning, organising, coordination, and execution of projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and manage relationships working across a diverse set of stakeholders.
About you
- The ability to operate flexibly, forward think and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience liaising with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Experience in training needs analysis, design and formal training delivery using variety of learning practices.
- Comfortable working and creating digital learning content using various authoring tools.
- Ability to translate complex issues and information into simple, key messages and deliver them creatively.
