In this role you will be joining at a thrilling time with the opportunity to contribute to and shape the future of our training department in support of our Group wide strategy.

 

About the role

 

  • Accountable for the design, development, and delivery of a range of innovative and engaging training programmes and initiatives meeting the needs and future ambitions of Royal London.
  • Communicate and represent Group Operations Training team at a Senior Management / Programme level and facilitate efficient and effective engagement.
  • Assist with the design and implementation tools and technologies to support digital deliveries.
  • Work collaboratively with Group Technology & Operations teams to understand their skills gaps, to develop and implement the appropriate training to meet those needs.
  • Assist in the Management, methodology, planning, organising, coordination, and execution of projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Establish and manage relationships working across a diverse set of stakeholders.

 

About you

 

  • The ability to operate flexibly, forward think and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience liaising with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
  • Experience in training needs analysis, design and formal training delivery using variety of learning practices.
  • Comfortable working and creating digital learning content using various authoring tools.
  • Ability to translate complex issues and information into simple, key messages and deliver them creatively.
