Main duties of the job

If you wish to join an organisation that is thriving on success and want to be part of the journey, then this maybe the opportunity just for you. The Hospital Manager will ensure safe delivery of services and smooth running of the hospital. Leading on both the clinical governance and CQC compliance within the Hospital. You will be an effective leader and manage the hospital team in the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of clinical care. At CHEC we focus on providing the highest quality patient centric care, participating in the entire pathway for patients from pre-admission, surgery, and post-operative management.

Be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of high quality, patient focused services within your hospitalAct as a mentor to your team, ensuring everyone is given the support to succeed and provide the highest quality of patient careLead improvement programmes and identify areas of improvementAdhere to good record keeping, drug administration in line with guidelines, ensuring you have an audit processes and action plans in place to monitoring the effectivenessCompliance with unit clinical audits and monitor effectivelyAlways ensuring safe patient care
