Weekend Receptionist

We are looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team at New Pines Holiday Home Park in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Hourly rate of £11.44.

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 8 hours on a Sunday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Receptionist will

·      Meet and greet resort owners.

·      Assist owners with any queries they may have.

·      Advise on the local area.

·      Advise owners on events within the resort.

·      Handle telephone calls.

·      Deal with customer complaints.

·      Accurate cash handling.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
