Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our resort owners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet resort owners, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist owners with any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Offer advice on local attractions and events.
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A driving license and ability to drive is advantageous for travel to and from the resort.
