Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client based in Cardiff to assist in the recruitment for an Estates Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As an Estates Manager, you will:

  • Manage the estates team including supervision where appropriate
  • Sign off all estate workstreams ensuring quality control measures
  • Assist with management of remedial works
  • Capital works management to include organising quotations for board approval
  • Provide works cover/support across the services when required- on the tools
  • Conduct investigations into estates issues and reporting

To be successful as an Estates Manager, you will:

  • Be experienced in CAFM management of FM Services
  • Be a confident leader with proven experience in line management
  • Have experience in financial planning and budget management for significant costings
  • Be able to prioritise complex and often conflicting estates demands
  • Have good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £40,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position based in Cardiff.
