About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on a leadership role in a thriving estate agency branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, and encouraging their development and progression.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) and good telephone manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and each other.
