As an Estates Manager, you will:

Manage the estates team including supervision where appropriate
Sign off all estate workstreams ensuring quality control measures
Assist with management of remedial works
Capital works management to include organising quotations for board approval
Provide works cover/support across the services when required- on the tools
Conduct investigations into estates issues and reporting
To be successful as an Estates Manager, you will:

Be experienced in CAFM management of FM Services
Be a confident leader with proven experience in line management
Have experience in financial planning and budget management for significant costings
Be able to prioritise complex and often conflicting estates demands
Have good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £40,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position based in Cardiff.
