We are looking for a ­­­Clinical Platform Administrator to join our ­­Clinical Admin department.

Main Responsibilities

To contribute to the growth and success of the Company through helping to support the Systems used and data quality within the Business. Being accountable for data quality and availability, to manage and maintain a quality system. Tasks change frequently to satisfy everchanging demands, requiring a demonstration of significant versatility and a flair for adaptability. In addition to this, a positive response to pressure is essential in a fast-paced, dynamic, and varied working environment.

  • Learn and develop to become the SME for the system within your department
  • Maintain data relevant to the continuous use of the clinical platform. *
  • Ensure correct use of the system and maintain a high level of data quality.
  • Produce and analyse reports and data to ensure that the Management team receives all required information for further analysis and future development.
  • Identify changes needed to improve operational quality, safety, and efficiency in conjunction with Continuous Improvement function.
  • Assist the Clinical Programme Manager to support the Clinical team in the use and review of the Clinical Platform, as required. Re-prioritise workload as required to achieve the Department/ Team service levels.
  • Responsibility for compliance with training requirements and the maintenance of personal training records.
  • Compliance with KPI targets set for the nursing department and business
  • . Adhere to all HR policies and procedures and all current security procedures to ensure the safekeeping of all company and customer property and all statutory and company regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure the protection, safekeeping and confidentiality of all company and customer data and intelligence.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding issues relating to the Clinical Platform.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes within the team.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

Essential

  • Experience of Data entry/administration

Qualifications?

  • High level of Computer literacy including advanced excel skills
  • GCSE A-C in Maths or English
