About the role

You will oversee the management of the aqua park, flow rider, swimming pool, and all the other fantastic leisure activities we have to offer (check out our website, some exciting stuff to get involved with). You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean and meeting legal requirements and NOP’s. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a crucial part of the management team, contributing to the continual growth and development of the complex. .

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for creatively scheduling a full calendar of exciting events for various age groups. You’ll proactively introducing new leisure activities and encouraging increased participation.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends bank holidays too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

There’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:

A current NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) A current PPO (Pool Plant Operations) qualification Great interpersonal skills

If your application is successful, you’ll have to apply for an Enhanced DBS. We need to be happy that this, together other information we may request, is all in order before you can join the team.
