Aufgaben

Assist the estimatingteam to make profitable and competitive bids by producing all the costinformation necessary for the project(s).

Document tender project details in global project database Prepare selection & price commission presentations for new tender projects File all relevant electronic documentation & correspondence within the tender folder Review tender documents and identify geotechnical disciplines and associated scope of works including completing quantity take-offs Produce cost estimations using the iTWO estimating software (training provided) Gather information to be used to produce the project estimate Review ITT Technical & Commercial documentation Calculate and estimate the expected cost of construction of a given project Forecast how long it will take to complete the project and assist in producing tender programmes Work as an effective member of the team

Qualifikationen

Ideally an entry level qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geology or similar. IT skills including MS Office suite Minimum 1-2 years’ construction experience.
