Are you a dynamic and driven individual looking to make your mark in the logistics industry? We're seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This role focuses on opening doors with potential customers, introducing our European transport solutions, and generating interest. You will be working with leads already sourced by our market analyst team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting potential clients from leads list to introduce our European transport solutions.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to maximise reach and impact.
  • Establish initial contact and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to transition interested prospects for further development and closing.
  • Qualifying incoming sales leads and initiating cold outreach to generate new business
  • Providing accurate pricing quotes for European shipments
  • Collaborating with the pricing team to develop competitive pricing strategies
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and supporting the spot pricing function
  • Assisting in sales and marketing campaigns and staying up to date on industry trends
  • Preparing and maintaining sales and pricing reports

What we're looking for:

  • European transport knowledge (essential)
  • At least 1 years of experience within Logistics/supply chain / freight forwarding environment (essential)
  • Experience with cold calling – big part of the role (essential)
  • Proven experience in sales, pricing, or customer service within the logistics industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g. Sugar/ Sales Force) (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, pricing models, and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
