Job summary
The Coastal Partnership is seeking a capable and highly motivated Practice Nurse to join our team as nurse manager. This is a leadership opportunity for a nurse with enthusiasm, commitment and good communication skills to develop our loyal and well-established nursing team across seven sites.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve applying your primary-care nursing experience to help both experienced and new- to- primary care nurses develop their skills and confidence within a busy 7 -site practice.

Essential
Adult nursing qualification -Qualified to degree level NMC adult nursing registration with PIN Clinical supervision training and experience Extended and supplementary prescribing qualification Primary Care experience over 2years Prior Leadership experience

Holding or working towards qualifications in family planning, asthma, diabetes, CHD and cytology Experience of teaching or mentoring-
