Would you like to work for a person-centred care home provider committed to delivering the best standards of care? Our client operates other homes in the Midlands and their newest home in the Malvern area is well established and caters for those with dementia and needing general Nursing care. This opportunity would suit an experienced Home Manager who has managed elderly Nursing Homes previously. Experience of building strong relationships with local commissioners would be advantageous and of improving CQC ratings.

What you'll do as Home Manager: Be responsible for the safe, happy, efficient and cost effective day to day running of the Home, Leading the Home’s operations and activities according to its registration status and conditions, in compliance with legal requirements to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents, Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times, Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the Home in the interests of residents, Driving the commercial health of the Home, developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources, Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing its calibre of care, Inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
What you'll bring: Strong, supportive and clear leadership skills, team working skills and staff management experience, Previous, recent experience in management of elderly Nursing Homes, Good networking and interpersonal skills along with a highly customer focused approach, Business and commercially focused attitude, Good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards, Assertive, proactive, energetic, motivated and positive approach along with exceptional organisation skills
