About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the overall management of the care home, including staff supervision and development.
- Ensure that all staff complete the necessary induction and training programs.
- Work closely with other unit managers to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care.
- Be responsible for the overall management of nursing and care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that the care home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing, developing, and leading staff in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Registered Nurse qualification (desirable).
