Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Worcester. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery
