Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator will focus on supplier management, working in a fast-paced environment with the objective to achieve on time in full delivery to the customer

Responsible for placing purchase orders for our US & Germany team.

Running weekly open PO reports, expedite suppliers as needed to ensure suppliers are delivering on time.

Working with the buyers on any supplier issues

Support with onboarding of new suppliers onto ERP system

Working with the buyer to resolve invoice queries

Work cross functionally with all departments within the business and provide timely information when needed 

Key metrics include but are not limited to late line reduction, promise date information availability, lead time accuracy 

Maintaining a positive relationships with the supply chain.

What You will bring

Experience within a similar role

Fully conversant with Microsoft Office preferably at Intermediate level in Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Excellent attention to detail

Organizational skills

Abilities to handle multiple priorities
