Job Summary

ThisCompany is seeking an experienced professional Personal Assistant /Secretary. Whilst we are unable to offer relocation assistance forspouses partners or other family members we welcome applicationsfrom all suitably qualified candidates. Confidentiality tact anddiplomacy are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diary and calendar forexecutives ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination ofappointments and meetings.
  • Organize travelitineraries including arranging flights accommodations andtransportation. Handle visa applications and manage relatedlogistics. Process and reconcile travel expenses.
  • Facilitate meetings by providing support in minute takingand composing agendas.
  • Perform highlyconfidential administrative tasks maintaining discretion andprofessionalism at all times.
  • Compose edit andreview confidential correspondence ensuring accuracy and adherenceto organizational standards.
  • Compilestatistical information generate reports and create presentationsas needed.
  • Fulfill office managerresponsibilities and perform other secretarial duties as requiredensuring smooth operations of the office.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
  • Have a minimum of five(5) years of solid and continuous experience as a professionalsecretary or personal assistant demonstrating exceptional highlevelsupport.
  • Possess excellent typing skills witha minimum speed of 55 words per minute. Shorthand skills aredesirable but not essential.
  • Exhibit strongwritten and oral English communication skills with keen attentionto detail. Show initiative and the ability to perform well underpressure.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
