Deine Aufgaben

Komplexe Outsourcing-Projekte sind genau Dein Ding. Denn hier kannst Du Dein Können im professionellen Projektmanagement am besten unter Beweis stellen und hinterlässt auf allen Ebenen Deine Handschrift.

Konkret erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

Du verantwortest Deine Projekte in der Presales-Phase und führst sie bis zu einer erfolgreichen Übergabe an das Betriebsteam. Dabei vertrittst Du Deine Projekte in der Rolle der Projektleitung bzw. Teilprojektleitung auf Executive-Level und hast die kaufmännische Verantwortung für Deinen Bereich. Du siehst eine Deiner wichtigsten Aufgaben in der Motivation und Unterstützung Deines Teams – schließlich ist Dein Projektteam ein wesentlicher Baustein Deines Erfolgs.

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Transitions- und Transformationsprojekten. Du bist Profi in Projektmanagementmethoden wie PMI, SCRUM oder hybriden Methoden sowie im Change-, Claim-, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement oder auf dem Weg dahin. Du bist gewohnt, mobil zu arbeiten und für teilweise bundesweite Einsätze reisebereit. Du bist vertraut mit der Arbeit in Government-Strukturen. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-(mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen und idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
