Teaching Personnel is proud to work closely with SEN schools in Horsham that provide education to young people affected by trauma, PTSD, criminal activity, and who have struggled to integrate into mainstream education. We are seeking resilient, confident, and nurturing individuals to join our team as Behaviour Mentors.

About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support the academic and social growth of students, helping them navigate their educational journey and overcome personal challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing stability and guidance to students with complex needs.
