Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support pupils with challenging behaviour in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group support to students with behavioural challenges, promoting positive engagement in the learning environment.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive change and improve student outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and structured atmosphere, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • A resilient attitude, with a passion for helping students overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour is desirable, but not essential.
