As our Senior Employee Engagement Advisor you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving engagement initiatives aligned to our Employee Experience strategy
Youll be part of our friendly Employee Engagement team and work closely with a number of teams and stakeholders from all locations levels and functions This is a great opportunity for a handson people person to make a positive difference for our Trainliners and contribute to making Trainline an even greater place to work
Key Responsibilities
Youll support in the delivery of innovative global programmes and initiatives across employee engagement wellbeing Damp;I CSR and recognition to help make us an even better place to workYoull play a key role in planning and executing our exciting global events aligned to our Employee Experience calendarYoull manage our Employee Voice channels biannual employee engagement survey newly launched pulse surveys and lifecycle surveys analysing feedback identifying trends and partnering with key stakeholders to drive positive improvementsYoull oversee our awesome Employee communities Diversity Networks Culture Champions Wellbeing and Green Networks partnering with them to drive initiatives that help foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligned to our Employee Experience agendaYoull lead on internal communication and engagement activity for our London HQ effectively sharing key news updates and initiatives to TrainlinersQualificationsA minimum of 3 years Employee Engagement experience ideally in a fast moving international business with a culturally diverse and dispersed teamA passion for employee experience you care about fostering a positive environment for everyone and are keen to come up with new ideas to improve the Trainliner experience using feedback from our teams and communitiesTo be a confident communicator youre comfortable speaking to large groups of people and your written communication game is strongExperience in managing companywide events and campaigns end to end youre organised and have strong project management planning and time management skillsTo be open and approachable youre able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across a variety of function areas and levels and external agenciesDetailoriented with a keen ability to connect the dots actively engaging with the business to understand improvement areas and proactively applying engagement expertise where neededTo be proactive able to thrive in a fastpaced environment and keep calm under pressure-
