Are you passionate about driving performance improvement and making data-driven decisions? We are seeking a talented Performance and Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational excellence.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW  

As the Performance and Analytics Specialist, you will review and develop complex yet user-friendly reporting suites on a weekly and monthly basis. It’s vital that you can translate business processes and work packages into performance measures that can be driven across all AS&P teams. Acting as a Performance Business Partner, you will drive continuous improvement activities and support weekly meetings to enhance performance across various measures.

Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for improvement across asset performance, engagement, health, safety, productivity, and more. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Asset Planning Business Leaders and Team Managers to embed and improve performance metrics across Water Networks.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE  

In this role, you will support the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans for improving Asset Planning performance, and improving ways we look at and measure asset health. You will review, analyse, and track results, contributing to constructive challenges and improvement plans based on data insights.

To be successful in this role you will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, you'll lead continuous improvement in reporting provision and evaluate data accuracy and completeness. Moreover, you will collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets effectively and ensure compliance with processes.
