Our Network Control team have an excited opportunity for you to join as our **Performance & Analytics Specialist.**

In this role you’ll be responsible for reviewing and developing existing assurance processes as well as prepare us for the new AMP 8 measures. You will also act as a Performance and insights specialist across multiple ODI's working closely with many different stakeholders.

Some of our key accountabilities will include:

- Support the development of a short-, medium
- and long-term plan and metrics for improving the ODI performance of Network Control.
- Responsible for reviewing, analysing and tracking results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data.
- Contribute to and constructively challenge any poor performing aspects of the end-to-end process. Constantly strive for more efficient and cost effective ways of delivering outstanding service to our customers.
- Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a first point of contact for reporting and in depth analysis across all key areas of responsibility.
- Take the lead in driving continuous improvement in reporting / MI provision to the business
- Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of data - implementing processes to improve data quality
- Support creation of business change deliverables that achieve target outcomes.
- Utilise company best practices such as SBF tools and techniques to support and lead change initiatives
- Work with Strat & Reg to develop efficient assurance processes that maximise our ODI potential
- Ensuring compliance to processes through supporting teams and acting as a key point of contact
- Help the operational teams ‘self-serve’ by developing fit for purpose solutions and empowering colleagues through assisting developing their analytical and data skills.
