Sales Performance Specialist

We are a forward-thinking company looking for a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our dynamic commercial sales team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
**Salary & Benefits**The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive bonus structure, non-contributory private medical insurance, contributory pension contributions, free lunch Fridays, and one-on-one ongoing sales training with external consultants.
**Key Responsibilities**- Understand and align with DCTUK's mission and ambitions, working collaboratively with the team to achieve them.
- Achieve individual and corporate sales targets on a monthly basis by valuing every inbound lead and maximising opportunities through the use of latest technologies such as LinkedIn invitations, email follow-ups, and video quotations.
- Maintain a confident phone manner, driving sales growth and hitting targets to take your performance to the next level.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in telesales is required, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in B2B sales within the flooring or construction sector.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, disrupt good practices, and drive business growth.
