About the Role:

 The Marketing team are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This will be a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-market and/or multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the detailed delivery of the campaign plans, implementing the strategies devised by the Campaign Strategist. You will help connect the central and regional teams across channels to maximise integration, processes and efficiencies. We’re looking for someone passionate about marketing and managing cross-functional campaigns, with a track record of bringing teams together on complex and successful initiatives through expert campaign management and wizard-like stakeholder management. You’ll report into the Campaign Strategist and work closely with the Grow Awareness Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign delivery and coordination, budget tracking, evaluation of campaign activities, RACI, ways of working, ensuring cohesive clear business and creative briefs are delivered, cross-channel alignment to campaign objectives, stakeholder management and campaign communication management, operationalisation of the marcomms calendar.

Campaign Strategy Execution:

Implement and coordinate end-to-end campaign activities based on strategies developed by the Campaign Strategist and the Country/Region Marketing leads Create roadmap to represent phasing of agreed activities with the marketing teams  Lead campaign roadmap execution from planning through analysis Establish and manage milestones and timelines for on-time delivery Identify and proactively mitigate risks and roadblocks

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate campaign progress, results and needs proactively  Influence stakeholders at all levels to gain input, alignment and buy-in Serve as primary contact for all key campaign contributors 

Budget Oversight:

Help develop and manage campaign central budgets  Monitor expenses and adjust strategies to meet budget goals

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with marketing, product and commercial for integration with business goals  Connect global and regional teams to maximise campaign integration 

Tools and Processes:

Implement optimal systems and tools for transparency and tracking Continuously improve processes through analysis, observations, feedback and refinement

Reporting, Communications and Channel Planning Alignment:

Provide regular updates on campaign status and outcomes to stakeholders  Lead ceremonies for campaign collaboration and reporting Ensure readiness of campaign-related materials for channel planning forums Contribute fully to the design and running of collaborative planning ceremonies

Marcomms calendar:

Work with the Market Development lead to define the operating model of the marcomms calendar  Help manage the Marcomms ceremonies, communications and reporting

Key Skills:

Proven experience as a Marketing manager or a similar role, such as project manager, in executing successful marketing campaigns or complex cross-functional marketing-led initiatives  Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in ad operations, account management, or campaign management is a plus Familiarity with Atlassian (Miro, Confluence, Slack, JIRA) and Microsoft suite products, including Excel and PowerPoint
