We’re looking for a Marketing Executive colleague who can provide creative and project management support to the Campaign Managers and wider Marketing team. In this role you will help with the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

**Your tasks**
- You will work closely with the Campaign Managers, supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns from brief to production and final delivery.
- Support Campaign Managers with colleting inputs for campaign briefs.
- Interfacing with cross-functional teams across People’s Postcode Lottery, as well as external agency partners for the delivery of campaigns.
- Ensuring the campaign process is followed and that projects run on time, highlighting any risks to delivery.
- Share ideas and support team members on campaign development.
- Work with compliance to ensure all marketing assets meet requirements.
- Help to prepare and circulate campaign updates ‘Campaign Memo’ to the wider People’s Postcode Lottery business to update them on forthcoming marketing campaigns.
- Undertake administrative and organisational tasks for the Campaign Team and Marketing Department including but not limited to co-ordinating meetings, writing contact reports, updating finance/ production trackers and being a central contact for internal and external colleagues and partners.

- You’re a team player with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
- You’re socially engaged and have good communication skills.
- You have a passion for Marketing, Communications and Creativity and are hungry to learn and to see the whole marketing mix in action.
- You have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- You are highly organised, enjoying the coordination of projects.
- Computer literate, confidence using Microsoft office tools, mainly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
