What you’ll do

As Senior Portfolio Lead you will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects and programmes. You’ll be working with internal Network’s colleagues, wider teams within Vodafone and key suppliers to ensure the agreed outcome is achieved against the governance framework.

 

You will be accountable for defining the portfolio pipeline, including resource, financial, skills and supplier requirements. You will be accountable for delivering all Programmes & Projects within Portfolio with time, cost and quality whilst realising the agreed benefit. You will ensure there is an effective change, escalation, risk and issue management process in place always. You will define the skill requirements for the portfolio and build a team that is capable to deliver it. You will define clear roles and responsibilities for all, to enable performance feedback. You will provide accurate and timely communication to stakeholders in accordance with Portfolio governance and escalate where required. You will manage suppliers (both internal and external) to deliver programmes and projects including producing supplier performance reports.

Who you are
 

You will have extensive experience of managing large, complex, transformation portfolios and programmes across various sectors. You will have experience of financial management, planning and reporting. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels demonstrated by the ability to build excellent working relationships. You will have experience defining scope, business objectives, requirements and deliverables that stakeholders expect.
