Activ’s behaviour support and allied health practitioners are a team of skilled multidisciplinary professionals offering innovative, person-centered, value-based quality services to customers. We operate within a hybrid module of working from home and across the WA community.
As a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner , you will receive ongoing peer supervision and supports from an experienced team with three Advanced Level Behaviour Support Practitioners.
The ideal candidate will have: -
Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level) Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Experience in facilitating group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring and a proven track record in delivering strength-based and person-centered services A positive, contemporary attitude, and a commitment to maximise quality of life for people with disability.Submitting your application is easy , all we need is your current CV and a few questions answered and then one of the team will be in touch.
