**Qualifications**:

- Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths

**Experience**:

- Previous experience of supporting challenging behaviour is essential

**Pay Rate**:

- £81.76

**Permanent or Contract**:

- Long Term Fixed

**Other**:

- Provide **targeted support to students with challenging behaviour**, both in small group settings and on a one-on-one basis.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions to support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff members to develop and implement Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) for students with complex behavioural needs.
- Support the development of social and emotional skills in students, promoting positive relationships and conflict resolution strategies.
- Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers on the effectiveness of interventions and strategies.
- Act as a positive role model for students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and resilience in managing challenging situations.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behaviour management and support strategies.
