Job Description
We would like to present you with an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Market Dryaton on a full time permanent basis
Working in the finance team, as an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for processing invoices for Group & 3rd party suppliers.
Shift : Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Salary: £24,000 per annum.
Key Duties of an Accounts Assistant:
As part of a team, to be responsible for processing supplier invoices. Dealing with any subsequent supplier queries. Reconciling supplier statements. Making supplier payments, mainly by Bacs. Use of SAP for analysis/investigative work as required. General administrative / adhoc duties to support the finance team.
Qualifications
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Computer literate with a high level of Excel skills. Experience using Accounting software packages and knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Finance qualifications advantageous. Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines. Confident when dealing with people on the telephone/ in person and at all levels. Excellent communication skills, in order to deliver accurate information. Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
