Human Resources Business Partner 12 month FTC

Morrison Water Services part of M Group Services is recruiting a HR Business Partner who is committed to adding value to our HR services. This is a fantastic fixed term opportunity to become part of our Human Resources team, covering maternity leave, and reporting to our Lead HR Business Partner. You will be supporting two of our key contracts within the Thames Water network with a blended approach of working remotely but with a requirement for regular travel to our local offices in London and Kent and our head Office in Stevenage.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will provide proactive, professional HR Business Partner support in the delivery of the people strategy and people plan You’ll support contract teams in talent management, workforce and succession planning, performance planning and organisational change maintaining appropriate data within the associated process You’ll provide project management support to tracking, measuring and communicating through the project timeline You’ll be expected to seek, identify and develop solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of HR support to the business Takes ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes and initiativesSkills & Knowledge Requirements
Experience working in a similar Business Partnering or HR Generalist position. Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Knowledge of TUPE, both incoming and outgoing would be advantageous Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Resilient, adaptable and flexible. IT literate, strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge. You must be CIPD qualified or have relevant HR experience in a similar role Ideally located in the Thames Water geographical footprintWhat’s in it for you?
