**A bit about the role**
Working for our Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for all non-entry level recruitment for our business.
This role will work in partnership with our stakeholders and will recruit across a variety of departments including, but not limited to; Field Operations, Finance, IT, HR, L&D, Commercial, Health & Safety & Sales & Strategy. Vacancies within your area include niche roles and will be above entry level as your colleagues take care of all our volume requirements. Roles you recruit for could include Managers, Analysts, Heads of Department, Directors and many more.
Your objective is to keep agency use to a minimum and directly recruit as many positions as possible by utilising our chosen job boards, website and headhunting via LinkedIn. Building relationships with stakeholders and encouraging them to come to you for their recruitment requirements will be critical to your success. You will be targeted on the savings you make based on the fee’s we would have paid to agencies if they had filled the vacancies.
We use our Applicant Tracking System ‘Eploy’ to ensure all recruitment is tracked and reported on, this is the hub of all recruitment activity. In addition, you are responsible for completing all necessary right to work and onboarding checks.
**A bit about you**
You'll have proven experience of successfully filling niche and senior roles and will have the confidence and experience to reach out to our hiring managers and show them how you can support them to fill their vacancies.
You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your decisions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Resourcing Team.
Experience of producing MI & reports using data from an ATS will benefit you in this role.
This position would be a great opportunity for an agency recruiter who is looking to make the transition to an in house recruitment environment.
**What you will bring to the role...**
Agency or in-house resourcing experience with a proven track record of successfully filling vacancies in a timely fashion.
- Proficient in managing resourcing relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting them to a successful resourcing outcome is vital, along with the ability to manage expectations in a positive way.
- Ability to showcase your experience of innovative approaches to resourcing challenges in an engaging way and be confident to lead projects with mínimal supervision.
- Accustomed to working in a complex business with operational resourcing challenges and a strong background in overcoming these challenges.
- Ability to accurately complete all administration associated with recruitment.
- Experience of managing and building relationships with agency suppliers where we do need to use them, we acknowledge for some vacancies we may require the support of an agency.
- Excellent IT Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System is essential.
