**Talent Acquisition Lead**

**Hybrid - 2 days per week in Stevenage or Stevenage-based.**

You’ll be the custodian & oracle of our new & shiny ‘Applicant Tracking System’ (we’ve partnered with Talos 360) helping us embed, tweak and roll out this new platform across our eurochange teams. You’ll also be working in partnership with our People and Culture Partner and Learning and Development Manager to refine and develop the onboarding journey; whilst being supported by a dedicated People Services coordinator focused on Talent.

**Explore how you’ll support our purpose**
- Work with the Head of People and Culture to evolve our Talent Acquisition Strategy in line with our culture and purpose.
- Create job adverts that are authentic and sell the role, our story, culture, and brand.
- Have end-to-end ownership of our Support Centre & Cash Centre roles, including Sourcing, screening, arranging interviews and offer management.
- Have onboarding ownership and overview ownership for all retail vacancies.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy for today and our future plans. Creating hiring strategies to overcome challenging roles to recruit for.
- Be an active brand advocate of eurochange on all Social Media channels to promote the eurochange story and brand, encouraging key stakeholders to do the same.
- Work with relevant support functions and the Head of People and Culture to develop a unique and stand-out EVP.

**The stand-out qualities we’re seeking**:

- Demonstrable experience working in an in-house or agency-side recruitment position.
- Experience in all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- An authentic and collaborative approach with the ability to articulate recruitment plans, reports and strategies with stakeholders.
- Awesome project management skills: You’ve been involved in or led projects or initiatives that have made a difference.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
