DescriptionAs an Account Manager at Tillo you will provide vital support to our Commercial Team as well as our brands and partners as customers.

You'll be working with large, global partners to get them onboarded seamlessly to our API, as well as managing our existing customers through the renewal stage, you will add value and ensure fantastic service
Our Platform connects our customers to rewards and incentives from 2000+ brands that people love, all via our seamless, easy-to-use API. We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries
If successful, you will
  • Find opportunities to grow accounts with a focus on driving revenue, upselling relevant additional services
  • Support existing customers, ensuring they always receive the highest level of customer service 
  • Work as a link between our technical teams and customers
  • Provide feedback from customers to drive product development

About youYou're a strategic Account Manager looking to join a fast-paced team with opportunities to progress. You're a natural people-person, confident in your ability to build relationships both internally and externally. 

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience with:
  • B2B client relationship management within the SaaS industry (ideally you've managed a wide variety of accounts, and are comfortable dealing with competing priorities) 
  • Understanding technical products and terminology, and you're confident translating complex ideas
  • Negotiating commercial terms
  • Analysing data (and presenting it back to clients)
Although it's not essential, we would love to hear from candidates with experience: 
  • Working within the Gift Card Industry 
  • Using Hubspot
