About you

You have past experience leading an operations team ideally off-shore. You have proven experience in leading end-to-end operational transformation initiatives. You have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and functions. You have excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementation of change initiatives. You have solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Good knowledge of FCA is a plus. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to identify trends using data. You are a great communicator, both verbal and written.
